Which direction to take??

Hey guys, so I’m looking to gain insight to see what other people think is the best option for me to chose. So I currently am an LPN and work in a long term care facility. My goal gas always been to go into healthcare management. I originally planned on getting my RN and then BSN and MSN moving into management. Recently I’ve been considering going to RMU online for their healthcare administration program and work as an lpn until I graduate. I’m just not sure which would be my better option if I want to get into healthcare management???
