AAMN‘s mission is to shape the practice, education, research, and leadership for men in nursing and advance men’s health. Thanks to donations from its members, AAMN gives two scholarships to its student members who are pursuing undergraduate nursing degrees.
Eligible Nursing Degrees:
- Associate’s
- BSN
- Accelerated BSN
Scholarship Amount:
It’s a $1,000 scholarship each for two AAMN student members.
AAMN Scholarship Requirements:
Applications are judged based on several factors, with the most important ones listed first on the list below:
- Personal statement
- Financial need
- History of volunteer/community service
- Involvement in professional associations
- Reference letter
- Academic standing
- Honors/awards
- Resume
- Certifications
- Current workload.
You are required to provide details on as many of these factors as you can.

How to Apply
- Send an email with your individual contact information, current school enrollment and include attachments with information related to the various categories listed in the scholarship requirements above, to info@aamn.org.
- Include “AAMN Scholarship Application” in the subject line.
