Hello, I’m a pre-nursing student at a community college in Long Beach. I would like to know any similar majors and/or minors that would benefit me before applying and/or after becoming an RN. I am considering in minoring in a subject, or double majoring because I know that it’s difficult to even get in the program. For example, applications for 2018 Fall RN program is open. However, there’s only 28 seats left and more than 200 people applied. It is very selective. I just want some more options so that I may get a career in the meantime in case things don’t go according to plan.
