Nursing theory- how to make a schematic?

I’m currently taking a nursing theory course and need to write a paper on my own personal approach to nursing. I have it all laid out but I need to create a schematic to illustrate it. Does anyone know how I can do that? PowerPoint and design tools I’ve seen online don’t really give the option of making it as intertwined as I would like (to show how each metaparadigm concept affects the other).
