How Easy/Hard Is It to Find A Job as A New Grad Around South Bay Area California?

I’m graduating this June with a BSN from Nevada. I was wondering if any new graduates from out of state had any difficulties finding a job when they moved to the Bay Area. I was hoping to work in or close by San Jose. Where are the best places to apply for jobs, and are there available nurse residency/new grad programs?
